Fran is a well seasoned professional with a stellar track record in successfully delivering major projects with precision and efficiency.
Fran's expertise has been garnered through the many roles and industries he has been a part of, most recently in his job at a multimillion-pound manufacturing plant and before this when working in the aviation manufacturing world.
Having honed his skills and attention to detail, Fran embodies the ethos of "be the best” one of the key elements he took away from his albeit short time in the British forces. This mantra has been a guiding force throughout his working life, ensuring that every project he undertakes is executed with the utmost dedication.
Fran is a self-proclaimed lover of 90s rap and an expert in his brother’s whisky collection!

The creative genius behind our design world. With a diverse portfolio that spans the spectrum of creativity, Jess is the go-to person for anything and everything related to design. Her artistic touch extends beyond the drawing board, embodying a keen eye for aesthetics in all aspects of life.
Jess enjoys spending her time being a warrior at the gym and painting all things landscape.
Jess possesses an extensive knowledge of timber products, particularly in the context of playgrounds. This unique skill set and understanding have proven to be invaluable in not only crafting top-notch equipment but also in shaping and evolving our brand identity.
Georgia Shone - Business development director

Meet Georgia, our powerhouse and the ultimate motivator as the head of business development, Georgia brings a contagious energy and passion to everything she does. With an extensive knowledge of Working Equitation, she not only runs the national governing body for the sport but has over 20 years first hand experience of working within the equestrian industry in every division from groom to yard owner to chef d'equipe for the British team.
With Georgia at the helm, not only do we have a leader who motivates and drives innovation, but also someone who ensures the interest of the horse and rider stay at the heart of it.
